Programs

  • Our Mini’s Program is designed for children aged 4 - 7 years old, with a primary focus on development and fun.

The Mini’s is less about Olympic gold and more about physical literacy. At this stage, the goal is to burn off energy, build confidence, and learn how to move their bodies without getting tangled in their own shoelaces.

  • Our Junior Program is designed for 8 - 12-year-olds, with a focus on the basics to the intermediate level of wrestling.

Junior Wrestlers move beyond basic games to learn real techniques like takedowns, escapes, and pins. Practice intensity picks up, and competitions are encouraged. This program helps you become a disciplined athlete and a great teammate as you get ready for middle school sports!

  • Our High School Program is designed for current and incoming High Schoolers, with a focus primarily on competition at the High School Level.

Our program for older athletes focuses on advanced technical mastery, explosive power, and the mental toughness required for high-level competition. Wrestlers will sharpen their skills through intense drilling and strategic match preparation to excel at the middle and high school levels. Beyond the physical gains, we emphasize character, leadership, and a championship mindset that prepares students for success both on and off the mat.
